Great Card Reader

AFT PROGear-G5 28-in-1 USB 2.0 Card Reader
AFT PROGear-G5 28-in-1 USB 2.0 Card Reader

Pros: Looks very sleek and modern. Reads all my SD cards with no problem. I have a Patriot 16gig class 6 SD card and during long transfers, it holds up unlike cheap card readers. It has some weight to it and rubber pads on the bottom so you don't have to hold the card reader to insert cards. I have not had one single problem with this unit yet. It even looks like it was designed from one of the Lian-Li computer cases.

Cons: It is a little big if you are low on desk space. Good thing I'm not.

Overall Review: I recommend this to anyone who does a lot of stuff with cards. Like a camera or phone cards. It is a very stable unit both in the physical design and the firmware side.

In Reguards to Wamphyri2b's Post

BYTECC BT-300 USB 2.0 to IDE / SATA Adapter
BYTECC BT-300 USB 2.0 to IDE / SATA Adapter

Pros: I does function with IDE/mini IDE and SATA

Cons: As Wamphyri2b said in a previous review, the device does occasionally and randomly drop detection of hard drives. For me, it happens for SATA hard drives but it is still frustrating.

Awsome, Rock Solid

ABS Tagan BZ Series BZ1100 1100 W ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS Certified PipeRock type modular cable with colorful LED Active PFC Patent Piperock Modular Power Supply
ABS Tagan BZ Series BZ1100 1100 W ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS Certified PipeRock type modular cable with colorful LED Active PFC Patent Piperock Modular Power Supply

Pros: High amps along six 12v rails that deliver serious rock solid power to high performance parts like Dual 8800GTX video cards. Plenty of high quality power connectors along with a few SATA to Molex converters when necessary. The modular cables are very nicely made and look perfect in window/modded cases. The power cables are decently long to be able to reach around the outside of parts to organize wires away from sight.

Cons: Wires and unit are long, too long for micro sized cases so if you are building a micro system, I do not recommend it.

Overall Review: I do not have any complaints about this power supply. It works perfectly fine in my Antec 900 case, Asus Striker Extreme, Intel E6850, 4gigs of Corsair 800MHZ DDR2, 2x 8800GTX video cards, Razer Barracuda sound card, 5 hard drives, 2 optical drives, and a floppy drive. If you like lights in a case, this is a plus for you. If you do not, the lights are fairly bright.

Why does Western Digital continue to sell this item?

Western Digital Caviar SE WD3000JB 300GB 7200 RPM 8MB Cache IDE Ultra ATA100 / ATA-6 3.5" Hard Drive Bare Drive

Pros: Yea, the data storage is great. Perfect for all your music/movies/game ISOs. Performs great when it's working.

Cons: Hard drive has a poor track record.

Overall Review: I had it for 3 months, SMART detected it was failing, RMA. Got another one and after another 3 months same thing from SMART. After this last RMA, i've had it for about 5 months and now it's becoming unstable having Read/Write delays and responding extremely slowly. At times it causes my whole computer to lag where my pc acts just fine with it removed. It seems as though i'm not alone at all with this one. Sorry, but Western Digital released a flopper with this one.

Great performance, but keeps dieing on me.

Comments: I bought this hard drive in february, ran great exactly how I needed it to. However, after 3 months of hard usage, I started to die. I RMA'd it and newegg sent me another one. It's been almost three months now again and it's acting up making my windows take like 5 minutes to boot and then it still won't even work. This hard drive isn't acting like it's from Western Digital at all.

Comments: http://www.coolermaster.com/index.php?LT=english&Language_s=2&url_place=product&p_serial=ALD-V03&other_title=+ALD-V03+Aerogate%20III Seems like a nice fan controller, it's sleek silver design fits perfectly with my silver case. The display is a basic dot matrix LCD with a possible 9 character display and a basic backlight. It is able to control up to 4 fans on 4 seperate channels with with well around 10 speed settings for each. There is also the option for temperature readings which you can place at any spot in your computer for on the spot readings on the LCD. Ofcourse, this product comees with all required wires. :) I would recommend this product to anyone getting into the case modding scene or just need something to control a few fans.
