Pros: At least one is still working?
Cons: One of my client has 5 of these printers. I had to RMA 4 of them within the first two months. Two of the replacements broke in the first week. One of the replacements for the replacement broke after 2 weeks.
Have had toner cartridges get "eaten", Power supply failures, printer jam's.
Pros: When it works it works well
Cons: First one broke after a month, it started grinding the metal wheels off of the toner cartridges
After RMA, second one would only jam after a week
Another RMA, after another month it fails to pick up the paper
Other Thoughts: I have had trouble with other much more expensive HP models. With HP you either get a great printer that lasts forever or a total hunk of garbage, kind of like playing Russian rouletteREAD FULL REVIEW
This review is from: HP LaserJet Pro 400 M401dn Workgroup Up to 35 ppm Monochrome Laser Printer
Pros: When it's working it does what it needs to
Cons: The first one started eating toner cartridges after about a month and a half, replaced the cartridge and the printer ate that one too (physically shredded the metal wheel that spins the cartridge drum)
The second one, after 2 weeks this one also broke, the paper will not pick up
Other Thoughts: No wonder they are on saleREAD FULL REVIEW
