Plug'n'Play
Pros: Hooked up my Xperia Z to both newer and older model peripherals Works well with everything I've tested so far Works with or without powering
Cons: None yet
Overall Review: Came qickly and in a small padded envelope, fit in my mailbox Regarding the Charging I believe it's for powering the OTG rather than the device using it
Too bad
Pros: Full bars, long cable. First day pulled in a lot more signals and with full bars.
Cons: After the fourth time using it it started dropping connection. Now it only sees three signals out of about twelve. None of which are the open signal that I use.
Overall Review: After reading reviews I took a chance not expecting greatness. I thought I would get a little more than one months of usage.
500GB
Pros: 5oo gb's, I bought this to use as an external drive with a "window" that just so happens to play all contained media including Flash games. Android apps work great ie.. Kindle and comic book apps. Connection to Media players/streamers Cradles connect the Archos and external usb peripherals.
Cons: Android 1.6, no camera, one speaker, Spinning drive, android phones provied the same fun but with better specs.
Overall Review: I started using this more than my phone, because I had so much to content choose from and got so used to this "mini tablet" that I bought an 8gb cheaply from CL to use as my MP3 player/ ebook reader. Handles Kindle app and comic book apps well recomend Andexplorer and Music folder player apps. Haven't tried Skype yet.
