Pros: - Quiet - Mirror Finish - 120mm fan with blue LED - Adjustable fan speed - Low cost high performance ratio
Cons: - None
Overall Review: This is a top quality PSU. I wasn't to sure in getting this since I never really heard of the company but I just needed something cheap for the time being. Boy was I in for a suprise. This baby is top quality. Comes with all the plugs you need and then some. Not to large and very quiet. Can power a 4800+, SLI 7900gtx, 3 opticals, 1 SATA hdd, and a floppy with ease. It even has more power for heavy overclocking. Was able to get my cpu up to 2.78ghz from 2.4 and both of my video cards to 695/1880 from 650/1600 any higher gives me instability but that is to be expected with a cheap power supply. Anyways this is up there with the Antec and Silverstone power supplies that I normally use for a fraction of the cost and noise!
Pros: - Single all in one unit - Quiet - Excellent and easy to install CPU block - Front panel temp probe and fan speed control - High quality tubing
Cons: - Large and won't work well in some cases like the ThermalTake Tsunami. - Hard to cool video cards at the same time - Low performance
Overall Review: Since this wouldn't work with my wife's Tt Tsunami I had to mod it. Or pretty much rip it to piceses to fit it in the case. I then added a second radiator, the ThermalTake AquaBay M2 and it moderatly cools my 4800+, northbridge and SLI 7900gtx. It does quiet it down a lot though which is a big plus since that was the main goal but the perforce with another rad is depressing. It is not worth the high price tag since you get the same performance from a kit that costs you 1/3 of the price. Then again the water block it gives you costs 1/2 of the kit and performes great. Lastly if you are going for this pricerage then get a Swifttech which will give you better results or if you wish for something that is easy to install then go for the Exos-2 which is extreamly high quality.
Pros: - Powerful - Can easily OC to FX-60 speeds - Top of the line HSF
Cons: - None
Overall Review: I have two of these. One in the states and one in the UK and boy they are fast. They can smoke anything and everything I throw at them. They can easily OC to FX-60 speeds so its an easy way to save money on that. I'm using a: DFI LP nF4 SLI-DR, 4800+ @ 2.78ghz, 2x 1024 Cosair XMS, 2x XFX 7900GTX, 200gb Seagate SATA HDD, 550w Rosewill PSU, Tt Tsunami with a modded Koolance water cooling kit for my UK system and a DFI LP nF4 SLI-DR, 4800+ @ 2.76ghz, 2x 1024 GeiL Value, 2x XFX 7800 GTX 256mb, SB Audigy 2 ZS Gamer, 120gb and 250gb Maxtor Diamon Max 9 ATA133 HDD, 710w Silverstone Zeus PSU, Tt Shark with an Exos-2 water cooler.
Pros: - Lots of accessories. - Easy to install - Lots of BIOS options - Great overclockablity - Nice design - Power and reset switch on board
Cons: - USB ports are hard to use in SLI - No instruction manual. They just give you an quick referce guide and a quick reference book on the ports/jumpers - SLI is done by a set of jumpers
Overall Review: I got one of these a while back for my rig in the states and it was just great. So great that when I got to the UK I got another one. It comes with a nice UV wire wrap kits that looks nice when install. Comes with this FrontX pannel which you can customize and is a true overclocker. Gave much more options then my old MSI K8N Neo4 Platnium SLI. All in all I just love this board. Can't wait to see DFI's new boards for the AM2.
Pros: - Great coolant - Easy to use bottle!
Cons: - None
Overall Review: Why on earth didn't Koolance think of this before? They been using bags to store their coolant for years which was a royal pain to use. With this it was a pice of cake to fill a system.
Pros: - High performance
Cons: - Gunky - Hard to apply evenly
Overall Review: Does it work? Yes. Does it work extreamly well? Yes. Is it good? I don't think so. It works great but is a big hassle to apply on to a chip. It is gunky and wont apply evenly making it a pain to install. works great but isn't worth the hassle of dropping 3-7c.
