Pros: -Style, included blue LED fan -Very functional -High quality, interior painted finish -Lots of room for cables and fans
Cons: -Plastic trim -I am not a fan of the 5.25" drive bay door mechanism
Overall Review: This is a very popular case, and it's easy to see why. The Phantom 410 has plenty of style, excellent build quality, and lots of room to spare, all at a very respectable 100$. The top fan ports are especially well suited for a water cooling radiator. I did have trouble getting the NZXT Kraken X40 hoses to fit properly in the case opening, but this problem was solved with the slightest bit of filing.
Pros: -Inexpensive -Nice aluminum finish -No frills -Functional
Cons: -No removable motherboard-side panel -Awkward drive bay placement -Limited cooling spots -Front audio jacks failed
Overall Review: I've had this case for 3 years. It served me well. That being said, I wouldn't buy it again. You may not need some of the features now, but down the road, you will regret the positioning of the drive bays which makes changing drives a chore, the lack of a rear panel for clean cable management and easy access to the motherboard for after-market coolers. A good case can last 10 years or more. Invest in a good one. Also, the front audio jacks failed, which is a common problem with this case. One last thought: good luck removing the front panel while you have a 5.25" drive bay in use.
Pros: Affordable, robust, light, metal. Sleek, professional look (as opposed those boxes that look more like plastic toys they make these days). Superb circulation and cable management is easy. Screwless sideplate with window makes maintenance so easy and looks great too. Moderate finger room.
Cons: Couple minor annoyances: Faceplate can't be removed without removing all the drives and additional drives can't be added without removing the faceplate which might make installing your fifth drive akward. Screwless card locks means you can't easily use screws to secure cards for which the screwless locks aren't designed for, i.e. most double-slot GPU's with a thick faceplate.
Overall Review: This was my first PC build.
