Pros: Should be fast and reliable.
Cons: This drive can not be used with the Supermicro mother boards. It will appear to connect but then one can not load windows on it as a VM. The drive was replaced with a low end Kingston SSD to test the ability to use a SSD with the motherboard and it worked perfectly. We tried 2 drives. One worked for 2 days. The other would not load a VM at all.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Kensington 64325 Black 4 Buttons USB Wired TrackBall Ultimate Trackball Mouse
Pros: This is the largest smoothest trackball i could find at the time. I have had it about 4 years. The large size makes it much easier to make precision movements. I will admit I really don't like mice, they run all over the table just like the kind you have to feed.
The only bigger one I know of is designed for people with limited mobility, not for precision.
I will admit there are some places where a mouse or tablet is better, Photoshop for example. I have used a tablet with stylus for that.
Cons: I do have to clean it every few months. Lifting out the ball and blowing dust out of the bowl keeps it working.
Other Thoughts: I have never used the supplied software, it is being used as a two button device plus the ring. I switch between so many different applications that I never found a universal use for the extra buttons.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: NETGEAR 16 Port 10/100 Business-Class Rackmount Switch - Lifetime Warranty (JFS516)
Pros: I have been avoiding netgear devices as I had a number of router failures but the simple switches seem very reliable. this is the second one in the system, one is used for the computers and the second is used for the VOIP phones. Simple to connect and reliable. Additionally, the standby power appears to be under 10W. Not too bad for 16 ports.
Cons: None really.READ FULL REVIEW
