Great Card
Pros: Quiet, fast, stable, GNC and mantle will give this card some longevity for future games.
Cons: HUGE! this thing is massive, but my case is the size of a motor-home so it was not an issue.
Overall Review: Installed without a hitch, hdmi out works perfect. love this card. Skyrim with fxaa injector and somber enb and all graphics maxed out, looks as good or better than some of today's games my rig: AMD Phenom II X6 1100T Black Edition Thuban 3.3GHz- OC'd 4GHz / Hyper 212 EVO - Push-Pull M4A87TD EVO AMD870 2xGSKILL F3-12800CL7D-4GBRM / 2xGSKILL F3-12800CL7D-2GBRM HIS 7950 3GB 384-bit ICEQ X² Cooler 2xWD3200AAKS 320GB 7200 RPM 16MB Cache SATA -raid0 SanDisk ReadyCache SDSSDRC-032G-G26 2.5" 32GB SATA III 2x ASUS DRW-24B1ST XCLIO Windtunnel (aka "the Winnebago") / Antec True Power Trio TP3-550 550W Windows 7 ultimate x64 ASUS VE278Q 27-Inch LED
Awesome!
Pros: Easy setup, patch cables included, led indicators and much more. Need a network interface out in the garage? out on the Deck? and your wirless doesnt reach or you just need a hardwire connection, this is for you. no drilling, no drywall patching, its all good.
Cons: size. i have base-board water heat and some of my outlets are right over BB heaters and because these suckers are larger than a single gang outlet, it can be a pain.
Overall Review: My blu-ray, wii and tivo were all wireless. The blu-ray had an obnoxious wireless dongle. All hardwired now and performance in netflix loads faster on the wii and my blu-ray. I hooked them up to a 4 port switch connected to the powerline adapter and performance is great.
Perfict for the office
Pros: - Small - Fast - Inexpensive - Quiet - Esthetically pleasing (imo) - Solid - Dual core ( 4 with HT )
Cons: None - (so far.. will review again see other)
Overall Review: This is my second build using the R30-D2 1st was to replace our file server ( Quickbooks 2010 premier) The R30-D2 replaced our old Athlon 64 FS and actually sped up our QB performance.. especially in data base searching. 2nd build is replacing on of our slower office terminals. I will review in a couple of weeks. If all goes well.. I will replace all our office terminals with these little work horses.
