1 out of 5 eggs Doesn't work via USB 3.0 in Windows 7 despite latest firmware 07/01/2016

This review is from: ORICO 6619US3-BK SuperSpeed USB 3.0 to SATA Hard Drive Docking Station for 2.5" and 3.5" HDD, SSD [8TB Support]

Pros: Nothing

Cons: -Doesn't work. As others have reported, repeatedly disconnects via USB 3.0 in Windows 7 64-bit. Despite newest firmware installed (7/1/2016). Tried before and after firmware update.

Other Thoughts: Don't waste your time. Look elsewhere.

Intel 330 Series 2.5

5 out of 5 eggs Still working after 18 months 01/31/2014

This review is from: Intel 330 Series 2.5" 240GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) SSDSC2CT240A3K5

Pros: Never had a problem with it.

Cons: size is not large enough. Beware of windows 7 driver bloating.

Other Thoughts: Beware that when SSD's die they do so completely and without warning, so make sure you are always backing up and make an image too if you can.

I don't like that reviews online are biased towards negative. I think it's help to know that many people receive working products.
