Pros: Was running DDO on very high/ultra settings. Great card for the 6 weeks it worked with only one crash
Cons: Never liked CCC software.
Purchased card in Sep 2012, had one GPU crash in Oct. By late Nov 2012 started getting constant crashes with duo-colored vertical stripes or just a black screen. Researched problem and tried everything until I swapped GPU with wife's PC and she had same issues. Got my RMA # and returned it 28DEC2012.
Other Thoughts: Second AMD card I've had problems with this year (two different manufacturers).
I miss my 8800 GTS, the 8600GT still going strong after 4 years.
The RMA process required posting a trouble ticket at Sapphire's website followed by email to tech followed by email to rma department. Not a horrible ordeal, however trouble ticket could have sent me straight to rma department or tech email could have simply been forwarded to rma department instead of me forwarding my own message to a different address.
Purchased a GTX 650 (not TI) as a backup/replacement if I keep having problems with these Radeon cards.
Taking an egg cause I hate paying for RMA shipping and the wait times. Might update later about RMA process and card performance on return.
Pros: Runs all my games on high settings. No problems except fan as stated below.
Cons: Fan issues, returned it to manufacturer once after less than 3 months ownership for fan replacement. Now a few months later the fan is again sounding bad. Two bad fans, paid once already to return to manufacturer and I've only owned card 10 months.
Other Thoughts: If the fan wasn't so loud and temps rising (and one repair already) I would rate 5 stars and recommend.READ FULL REVIEW
