ASUS GeForce GTX 670 DirectX 11 GTX670-DC2-4GD5 4GB 256-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

Pros: Runs fairly cool idols around 30c and 58c-60c under load. Performance wise it's everything you'd expect from a 670. With the gpu tweak application you can easily overclock the card. Fits nicely in my haf x case.

Cons: Heavy. This card will put a lot of strain on your motherboard. The 4gb of vram is completely useless if you're intending on running a single display.

Other Thoughts: At it's current price you might as well spend 40-50 dollars more and grab a 680. I would suggest the MSI 680 Lightning if you go that route.

MSI GeForce GTX 680 DirectX 11 N680GTX Lightning 2GB 256-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

  • neweggOwned For: 1 day to 1 week

Pros: Easy install. This plays anything I throw at it on max settings; Battlefield 3(60+fps), Farcry 3(50-55fps), Hawken(60+fps) all while staying extremely cool at 50c on air.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: Upgraded from a Asus 670 4gb dc2 non top. The performance difference between the two cards is huge(+30-40%) and I've never had this card get over 55c.
