Pros: Fast shipping, well built cables.

Cons: The cables didn't work for me. I'm not sure what it was about the Micro-HDMI ends, but it didn't allow for a proper connection to my Yoga 2 Pro ultrabook.

Other Thoughts: Their customer service was top notch. Fast, responsive, friendly, and they took care of me without any headache. That is why I give them 5 stars and why I would gladly do business with them again.

Team X101 32GB USB 3.0 Flash Drive Model TG032GX101L3

4 out of 5 eggs Nice drive at a fair price but... 03/10/2012

This review is from: Team X101 32GB USB 3.0 Flash Drive Model TG032GX101L3

Pros: Speed is pretty good for a $45 32GB drive. Much faster than USB 2.0 Flash Drives.

Cons: Getting somewhat slower speeds than advertised at 106 MB/s read and 48 MB/s write.
Drive is very large compared to similar drives with the same storage space (comparing it against a 32GB Kingston and 32GB Corsair).

Other Thoughts: Now, don't get me wrong, I love NewEgg and have been a faithful customer for over 10 years now and having spend a good couple of hundred thousand on here as I do some reselling as a consultant, but they ship this thing DHL. Seriously, DHL is about the worst shipper on the planet. The tracking number still shows no information even though the package was already delivered. That's horrible. LOL NewEgg, please stick with FedEx, UPS, or even USPS.

Archos - 70 Internet Tablet - 8GB Running Google ANDROID + Wi-Fi (501582)

4 out of 5 eggs Sadly, poor consumer knowledge seems to be the result of most bad reviews here. 05/14/2011

This review is from: Archos - 70 Internet Tablet - 8GB Running Google ANDROID + Wi-Fi (501582)

Pros: Very thin, light, flexible, easy to work with. Does what it was designed to do rather well. Capacitive screen (most in this price range are resistive)

Cons: 256mb of RAM limits the devices ability to be "future proof" - basically, what you buy is what you get. Its not designed for upgrading to newer software.

Other Thoughts: Most of these negative reviews are so skewed. One compared it to an iPad and the app store. When you can buy an iPad for $275 new, please compare at that time. Also, an iPad does not support USB, HDMI, etc.
This device is a multi-media powerhouse in the tablet world. It support more audio and video codecs than pretty much anything else on the market. You can load all the eReader programs on it as well allowing you access to the three big sellers of eBooks (Newegg won't allow the names). It supports all the audio book programs as well.
It is NOT sold as a gaming tablet, business tablet, etc. Those are just perks that it can do somewhat well, but it is not designed for that.
So please, write a review based on the device and not how the device compares to devices costing 2-3 times more.
With regards to being a fingerprint flash...ALL glossy screens are fingerprint magnets. Even the precious iPad.
