ASUS VS Series VS247H-P 24" (Actual size 23.6") Full HD 1920 x 1080 60Hz HDMI VGA DVI-D SPLENDID Modes Widescreen LED Backlight LCD Monitor

Pros: +1080p +Great Colors +Decent presets +Supports HDMI +No signs of dead pixels after heavy daily use for over a year

Cons: -Very flimsy and weak support

Overall Review: The only real problem I've ever had with this monitor is the support, it's very weak and it will bother some buyers, but it hasn't fallen or broken on me.

XFX FX-785A-CNFC Radeon HD 7850 Core Edition 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card
XFX FX-785A-CNFC Radeon HD 7850 Core Edition 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card

Pros: This is the best card to get right now if your budget is around the $200 area. This card has given me the best quality and performance I ever got in a graphics card. It looks beautiful, it plays all games at high to ultra settings with no problems at 1080p. The temps are quite low and the fans are not as noisy as my 460GTX but you can still hear them. If you are into the mid range graphics cards, then get this one. Just one thing I should mention(Look at cons)

Cons: The drivers... Oh how troublesome it was to get this card to work properly. I had to uninstall and reinstall the drivers several times just so it won't blue screen randomly anymore. It will just BSOD even if you aren't doing anything, and if you're gaming, it will randomly freeze and turn into a grey screen with black lines. I was on the thought of RMA'ing the card, but after a quick uninstall and reinstall of the drivers, the problems disappeared. Only real con now, is that you can't overclock this card very well, it will sometimes crash when you are playing a game. But you will only gain about 5 more FPS, so it's not really worth the trouble.

Overall Review: For the money, get it, even if the drivers are an issue, they should go away after several reinstalls of the drivers.

Rosewill 90mm Computer Case Fan (Case Cooling Fan) - PCI Slot, Super Quiet Fan; RFX-100
Rosewill 90mm Computer Case Fan (Case Cooling Fan) - PCI Slot, Super Quiet Fan; RFX-100

Pros: I can't believe this little thing brought down the temps of a 8800GTX down by 8C. It's not loud and it's almost as silent as the fan on the GPU. The cable is a pretty good length, it's long enough to hide behind the case.

Cons: None so far.

StarTech.com MDP2DVIS Mini DisplayPort to DVI Adapter - 1080p - Single Link - Active - Mini DP (Thunderbolt) to DVI Monitor Adapter

Pros: Works great! It's an active adapter which I needed to run 3 Monitors on my XFX 7850.

Cons: The Mini Display end of the adapter seems to not connect well in my video card and can get unplugged really easily, but other than that it's still a great adapter. Just be careful when you are adjusting cables on the back of your computer so you won't disconnect it.

Top Fan failed and cheap plastic parts

Thermaltake V9 Black Edition ATX Computer Gaming Chassis with Dual Oversized 230mm Ultra-Silent Cooling Fans VJ400G1N2Z Mid Tower
Thermaltake V9 Black Edition ATX Computer Gaming Chassis with Dual Oversized 230mm Ultra-Silent Cooling Fans VJ400G1N2Z Mid Tower

Pros: I was building a new rig and all I needed was a case. So I went to best buy and saw this for $80 and I bought it without a second thought. It looks nice and it had nice amount of fans, and everything fit inside perfectly.

Cons: The top fan started to make a very nasty grinding noise, I'm not sure what it is but I'm deciding on just ordering a smaller fan to replace it and modify the case to hold it up. The tool less feature is very cheap, it consists of plastic parts and clips. This case was ok at first, but in the end I wish I should have gone with another case. I'm avoiding Thermaltake from now on.

Overall Review: I honestly looked up this case online right after I bought it and I saw a bunch of complaints about the top fan going bad. I was feeling lucky at first, since I've owned it for about 4 months without any issues, until now.
