This review is from: StarTech USB to PS2 Keyboard and Mouse Expansion Slot Adapter Model USBPS2PLATE
Pros: Now you can buy the last ps/2 keyboards remaining on the market with silver and biege colors to match a Dell inspiron 530s and have a place to plug it in on newer model comuters. Be assure that once you snap this low-profile (or std profile) expansion slotted converter it will work provided red wire 1 per fig 3 in owner's manual & the other end red wire on your available USB header having 2 thru 10 pins on one side of the block and 1-3-5-7-blank on the other side, put the red pin 1 on the 1-3-5-7-blank side dead nuts wire red 1 on block pin 1.
put the cover back on your pc and hook all the plugs in the back of your tower. then plug your ps/2 favorite keyboard (or mouse) on the device you just installed. I recommend the stiffer port of the 2 ports which is the one farthest away from the bottom slot (closest to the top frame of your tower) like all expansion plates, they are weak in strength.
Cons: should be $5.00 since it is not made in the United States by U.S. Workers.
Other Thoughts: $7.00 shipping for this little pip squeak of a chinese card is shameful. Total was $20 just because there are not any silver/beige keyboard beauties out there for sale.READ FULL REVIEW
