This review is from: Westinghouse 40" 1080p 120Hz LED HDTV - EW40T4FW
Pros: Cheap. Nice picture, if not for the defective pixels.
Cons: Cheap. Poor quality.
Other Thoughts: Bought this TV brand new, and it had a cluster of bright green pixels. Exchanged for another identical one, and it had a bad pixel, too. This is the first TV I've had with this issue, so I will not be buying this brand again.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Aposonic A-CDBI07R 480 TV Lines MAX Resolution Outdoor Waterproof Color CCD Camera
Pros: Crystal clear image; the difference between cheaper cameras and this one: WOW! 480 lines resolution (My Lorex DVR maxes out at 640x480, so higher resolution cameras would be a waste of money). Excellent night vision to about 80 feet. Sealed weatherproof housing.
Cons: Large size. Also, I don't think this came with a 12v power supply (I don't remember, because I use those 4-port 12v adapters to save outlets).
Other Thoughts: Even though this is a large camera, I made the overall profile of the unit much smaller by doing the following: First, since I was mounting this under a protective eave, I removed the hood visor (it just slides off). Second, instead of using the huge supplied mounting bracket, I simply used a galvanized 4 inch "L" bracket (about $2 at a hardware store) to mount the camera very close to my house's siding and just under the roof eave. Doing this, most people don't even notice the camera until I point it out. I like this camera so much that I just bought another one. I plan on replacing a few of my cameras with this one, where space permits.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: DATEXX LED-99 SuperBattery with AC or Crank Generator
Pros: Lightweight. Charges cell phone and ipod nano.
Cons: Does not charge iphone or ipod touch. Power adapter is only 110v, not dual voltage for overseas use.
Other Thoughts: I bought two of these to use for an upcoming 13 hour overseas flight, only to find they can't charge my ipod touch at all. It works on my cell phone and my friend's nano, but I would have bought a different item had I known it will not power my ipod touch. Now it's too close to my trip, so it will be a long flight. DateXX and Newegg should disclose which models of ipod this item is compatible with, and the voltage requirements of the adapter.READ FULL REVIEW
