This review is from: Samsung 6500 32" 1080p 120Hz 3D Slim LED Smart TV UN32ES6500FXZA
Pros: I'm a Samsung fanatic, there's not lying about that. I have MANY Samsung TV's in my house, and this one is by far the best TV I've owned. I have a 40 inch LED (not a smart tv) and it was nice when we bought it 2 years ago but this 32 tops it. 3D is real nice. I use it for a monitor as well.
Cons: In the manual and online PIP says the sound is either sub or main. That is not true. It's External Speaker or TV Speaker. Samsung has always used the word "Sub" my guess is that they're straying from using that and going to "external speaker" from now on. Guess they just need to update their docs.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: ASUS M4A78 PRO AM3/AM2+/AM2 AMD 780G HDMI ATX AMD Motherboard
Pros: Everything about this board was perfect. I've had such problems with ASUS and this board proved all of my doubts wrong. I went from a MSI (socket939) which just died on me, to this and the upgrade was well worth it. I think I have too many pro's to list haha... I took a chance and got the AMD Phenom II X4 940 with 4gb ram and it works beautifully with it. I have the 7750 and same mobo so we'll see if there's a huge difference.... I doubt it though... well see ^.^
Heres a few to list that I've wanted to see that fulfilled my "dreams" since my 939:
-Start up speed with like a million things running in the background while it's trying to start up... still chugs along
-Movies... if you like to edit movies, i've never had a mobo/processor combo that could handle it as smoothly as this combo can
-running music files/video from 2nd HDD, i had a bad lag before with it... haven't seen a problem since.
...I think thats it.. :)
Cons: The ONLY con i have is not really anything ASUS can really fix for the price of the board, but the HDMI isn't THAT great for 52 inch LCDs, it took a little bit of adjusting my eyes to it, but if you have smaller tvs/monitors it looks really good. I never really used on board graphics cards and i ran out of money so... why not :) AND... where they decided to place the IDEs on the board... maybe above the SATA ports would have been nice, but it did give me a reason to by a SATA burner for that reason... :)
Other Thoughts: I wanted to touch on something that was mentioned below about the bios not finding the right hard drive and making it the primary boot since I run two (one as a backup for my music etc...), I found that some what annoying as well but if you know how to work a bios screen, you can find the option (cant think of it off the top of my head right now) to change it to see the other HDDs and make it primary...READ FULL REVIEW
