This review is from: CORSAIR Voyager GT 64GB USB 3.0 Flash Drive Model CMFVYGT3A-64GB
Pros: Fast thumb drive with LOTS of storage space.
Cons: More expensive than most USB drives.
Other Thoughts: No problems with drive. Formatted NTFS so can have files over 5GB for video. I test video equipment so large files are somewhat common.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Requires a fair understanding of PC internals and bios. Fast bootup. Fairly quiet. Small footprint.
Cons: Installed XP in Ubuntu w/ VirtualBox. After install Virutal box XP crashed twice requiring fscheck of Ubuntu OS which should NOT happen. The whole point of a virtual box is to shield the parent OS from child OS issues. Booting w/ AHCI disks in bios, Vista saw the drives but requested a AHCI driver but would not use the one from shuttle even though bios were current. Changed bios to IDE and eventually installed Vista.
Other Thoughts: Vista requested a driver for the AHCI hard disk controller but showed the disks anyway but would not let me install on them. Booted bios as IDE disks and finally installed. Vista saw the AHCI disks after install and found and downloaded drivers on its own. I was impressed.READ FULL REVIEW
