This review is from: RAIDMAX Seiran ATX-902WB Black Steel / Plastic ATX Mid Tower Computer Case
Pros: Looks nice.
Cons: Dust collecting is weak with this one.
Other Thoughts: I will be ordering a Thermaltake Urban S71 after I complete this review to solve the problems I have had with this case.
My reason for this update is after almost 3 weeks of having this I've noticed a considerable amount of dust collecting on my equipment. This is with the mesh side covered with a dust filter (the entire side not just the mesh. I did this cause my heatsink forced me remove the big fan.) The front covers have dust filters in them. but there are so many gaps in the front it does little good.
But the power supply fan dust filter works great.
Pros: Doesnt feel cheap and works just as it needs to.
got it free with my ssd purchase.
Cons: the blue leds on the front are a little bright.
Other Thoughts: I didnt think I would use this but after picking it up I knew I had to. Its very solid I use to hold my to ssds in raid 0 to hold my windows os. Just need to keep my case from my lil brother so he doesnt make one pop out. for 20 bucks this is well worth it if you plan on hot swapping some laptop drives or ssds. or do as did and use it for the looks.READ FULL REVIEW
Other Thoughts: I applied this to my desktop thermal take frio heatsink sitting on an i7 3770k. at stock clock it idled at about 38-45c. at 70% load I almost hit 70c. and when I OC to 4.2 it idled above 50c.
I changed to use some cooler master thermal fusion 400 and my idle temps dropped to an average of 28c and as low as 25c. At full load running prime 95 on stock speed I never reached 60c. And I have yet to OC with the new compound so I cant compare OC temps yet.
This stuff isnt worth anything.
