Amazing

Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 4 for Windows & Mac - Student & Teacher Edition
Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 4 for Windows & Mac - Student & Teacher Edition

Pros: Absolutely amazing, does most everything I need, and makes editing photos incredibly easy! Registering the product was also surprisingly easy; Since I used my student email address to register, Adobe did not even need a scan of my school ID or anything, and I got my registration code immediately!

Cons: none I can think of.

Overall Review: I am an avid amateur photographer, with a Nikon D60 (I plan to upgrade soon). I don't know how I ever lived without Lightroom, it is amazing! It makes editing photos so simple and user-friendly, I used to dread editing, but this program makes it a delight! I have heard some people say it runs kind of slow, however it is just about instant for me. But earlier this year I had built a $1000 computer, so I wouldn't know how fast it is on a standard machine. If you are an avid photographer, BUY THIS NOW! It will make life so much nicer.

Fantastic airflow and great customer service.

Rosewill THOR V2 ATX Full Tower Gaming PC Computer Case, Supports: E-ATX & XL-ATX, 4 Dual-Speed Fans, 10 Expansion Slots
Rosewill THOR V2 ATX Full Tower Gaming PC Computer Case, Supports: E-ATX & XL-ATX, 4 Dual-Speed Fans, 10 Expansion Slots

Pros: - The airflow is fantastic, this thing is practically a wind tunnel. - Large size means it can fit pretty much anything you desire, and is super easy to install parts in. - Toolless drive bays are nice. - Sturdy build quality. - Attractive design.

Cons: - In retrospect, there are actually too many 5.25" drive bays for any reasonable person to use. I would kill to have some form of 140mm fan adapter to fill 3 or 4 of those 5.25" slots, as that is perfect real estate for a second front-mounted fan. - The 3.5" storage bay actually blocks a bit of the front fan's airflow. I am contemplating modding my case by moving the 3.5" bay into the 5.25" bay to further maximize airflow. (But again, this case really doesn't need the extra airflow, it is mostly just desire for overkill.) - In a perfect world the lights would be RGB instead of just red, but that is a relatively newer trend and, again, overkill.

Overall Review: I bought this case 7 years ago with the purpose of having a case with fantastic airflow that would fit anything I ever needed, and this case has served that purpose to a tee. It looks awesome, performs awesome, and its large size makes it a delight to build in. Over the years I've abused this case, breaking a few of the front-IO ports (broke the two usb 2 and headphone plug; completely by my own neglect, not by the case's). I am now gearing up to build a new PC with the upcoming Ryzen 3000 series CPUs, and decided I would like to continue using this case if I could get the front-IO back in working order. Contacted Rosewill support, and they not only tracked down and shipped me a replacement front-IO panel, they did it for free! The fact that this is a 7 year old product that I explicitly damaged myself, and they are still happy to send me niche replacement parts at no cost, this is exactly the type of customer service I want out of a product. I would happily buy this case again, and will recommend Rosewill products in general.

Pretty good

PLANTRONICS Backbeat 903+ Bluetooth Headset
PLANTRONICS Backbeat 903+ Bluetooth Headset

Pros: easily connects to phone, fairly good battery life. good sound quality.

Cons: a bit of staticy sound, usually when trying to make specific pitches. Issues connecting to laptop via Bluetooth.

Overall Review: I have owned a set of these for about 4 years now. It should be noted that I have abused this thing well beyond anything, tossed it around, threw it drawers, pockets, and backpacks where it got knocked around by other stuff. I'm a little surprised it still works after all this time. It does have some staticy sounds when reproducing certain pitchs, but it doesn't bother me too much, and considering its age and abuse, it doesn't surprise me in the least.

Good for the price, but flawed

LG IPS231B-BN Black 23" Height,Swivel & Title Adjustable Full HD IPS Panel LED BackLight LCD Monitor w/Speakers 250 cd/m2 DFC 5,000,000:1 Built-in Speakers
LG IPS231B-BN Black 23" Height,Swivel & Title Adjustable Full HD IPS Panel LED BackLight LCD Monitor w/Speakers 250 cd/m2 DFC 5,000,000:1 Built-in Speakers

Pros: Great color, good size, IPS and LED.

Cons: The monitor does have a bit of bleedthrough from the LEDs (specifically a some light bleeding from the left side of the monitor, and a little square of light in the middle of the monitor). Its normally not very visibly, you can only really ever notice it if the monitor is really dark. However, after testing Skyrim on it and playing at night, the bleedthrough is getting a bit too noticeable for my taste, making me consider returning it for a nicer, more expensive IPS monitor...

Overall Review: I got this monitor because I do a bit of photo editing and wanted a monitor with good color reproduction, and $200 for an decent-sized IPS LED monitor was hard to pass up. If a little bit of bleedthrough isn't going to annoy you, and you want a monitor with good color, this is for you. otherwise, if it will annoy you, and/or your monitor is going to be displaying dark scenes a lot that might bring out the bleedthough, it might be a good idea to look for a nicer monitor. Overall, I give this monitor roughly 3.5 out of 5 because of the bleedthrough (though I can't bring myself to round it down to 3, since it is otherwise nice.)

A Great Mouse

Logitech G500 Black Chrome 10 Buttons Dual-mode Scroll Wheel USB Wired Laser 5700 dpi Gaming Mouse
Logitech G500 Black Chrome 10 Buttons Dual-mode Scroll Wheel USB Wired Laser 5700 dpi Gaming Mouse

Pros: several buttons, works well, sensitivity buttons. The button for the scroll wheel is surprisingly useful, allowing you to to press it and easily scroll to the bottom of a long page.

Cons: The 3 side buttons can be kinda easy to press on accident. The design on the mouse started rubbing off at some spots from use after less than a month, although it still looks pretty good.

Overall Review: Overall I'm pretty happy with mouse

Great so far!

SanDisk 16GB Ultra SDHC UHS-I Card - Class 10 30MB/s
SanDisk 16GB Ultra SDHC UHS-I Card - Class 10 30MB/s

Pros: Plenty of space, and surprisingly fast!

Cons: None so far! I've only had it for a short time, but if I have any problems with it later on, I'll be sure to update my review.

Overall Review: I got this card for my Nikon D60 camera, to replace my several small SD cards I had lost. I wanted a large SD card so I could take tons of photos without having to switch out cards (and risk losing them again); this card gets me over 2000 photos all on highest resolution/quality. I never really thought a 'fast' SD card would make any real difference in a camera, but this card is great! It loads the photos so fast that I can take rapid nonstop photos, without having to wait for the card to load the pictures every 4 photos. And when browsing the photos on my camera, they load super fast! from now on, I'm gonna make a point of always getting class 10 SD cards. So far I love it~
