MSI Laptop GT Series GT683DXR-603US Intel Core i7 2670QM (2.20 GHz) 12 GB Memory 1 TB HDD NVIDIA GeForce GTX 570M 15.6

Pros: This thing handles everything you throw at it. Runs fast, simple overclocking, runs cool, amazing display. It runs BF3 on ultra with no issues. Read the specs, they speak for themselves.

Cons: No backlit keyboard, but I was aware of this.

Other Thoughts: I run a dual monitor setup with a 26" Razor LED Vizio with an external Logitech G15 keyboard and Razer Naga mouse. I can't really speak for the keyboard or touchpad because I rarely use them, but I hate all touchpads in general with a passion. I also have a wireless Razer mobile mouse for on-the-go situations, so I will never touch the touchpad.

Anyway, this came with 12GB ram and is advertised as upgrade-able. I purchased a 4GB stick of RAM from newegg, like always, to upgrade to 16GB because it was cheap, and heck, why not? But when I went to install the RAM I noticed I couldn't take off the cover because there was a sticker that said warranty void if tampered with. I went to the MSI website and submitted a tech support issue and was told I could remove it and install the RAM without losing the warranty as long as nothing was damaged in the process. I received this reply in about 5 minutes, so MSI support is great!

Pros: Put this card in, logged on wow, turned all settings from lowest to ultra, ran without a hiccup. (other than a little choppy in dalaran, but this is because my card is seriously bottlnecked by my older machine)

Cons: fan a little high pitched and slightly loud at times, but it doesnt bother me at all

Other Thoughts: the box recommends a 550w ps, but I put this in a Dell e521 with the stock 305w ps and i'm having no problems. though dell does under-rate their power supplies for whatever reason.

the only other upgrades on my dell are 4x 1g ram sticks which i got here at newegg for <$50

I'm positive if I upgraded my cpu/mobo/ps this card would go from great to amazing!
