This review is from: LG 42LB5800 42" Class 1080p 60Hz LED Smart HDTV
Pros: Nice design, easy to navigate menu, great colors and user-friendly remote. Netflix, A____n Prime Video, Pandora, and Hulu have been used and function well. Web browsing is useable but a little slow and cumbersome. Has an LG smart TV app for both iOS and Android phones or tablets. (Can be used to control all TV functions and has a keyboard/mousepad function for web browsing)
Cons: Weak sounding speakers. (Comparing to my previous 32" LCD and 43" Plasma TVs. Both were Samsung) Not suitable for movies or music. I had to buy a supplementary LG 2.1 soundbar connected via optical cable. A lot better now.
Other Thoughts: Might have to tweak user settings to get best picture, but it is attractive, and a nice budget, wifi enabled TV. I would recommend if on a budget.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Watching people try to hide their envy
Using the large screen for whatever you want, videos, browsing, etc
Unlocked and no contract (AT&T's Note is slower, do the research)
Cons: Don't drop it!
Don't let it out of your sight!
Battery isn't the best, but there are multiple manufacturers of extended batteries with extended rear panels.
Other Thoughts: Bought this phone and showed it to my coworkers. Convinced the Apple fanboys to to convert. There are now 3 Notes at work.
Me and my coworkers apparently got the Brazilian version of the Note from Newegg. All existing owners please download Samsung Kies software and connect your phones. ICS is already available. I didn't lose any date during the update. I currently have 4.0.3 on mine. And to those who are saying its not fast enough, do 1 factory reset (backup beforehand, you will lose everything). The factory reset typically solves any bugs you may have. Settings>Privacy>Factory Reset. Also use task manager religiously to eliminate programs you aren't using anymore to free up RAM.
There are reports of a bit more of battery drain, and after having ICS for 2 days I believe it may be true, but of course this varies due to your own personal usage. Note is blazing fast, Premium Suite is awesome, enjoy the update.
This review is from: SONY PlayStation 3 DualShock3 Wireless Controller (Deep Red)
Pros: Nice deep red color. Just opened it up and tested it with COD: MW2. Joysticks respond the same as the original black controller. Also is sixaxis. Cheaper to buy it from newegg than anywhere else.
Cons: Only reason I gave this 4 eggs is because the red light for the controller number (located on right side of L1) shines through the casing and lights up a small squarish section of the controller. (area is in the vicinity of the "S" on the SONY logo and "SELEC" wording on top of the SELECT button) I thought the casing should be a little thicker internally. When its charging and blinking, its kind of distracting.
Other Thoughts: Newegg's fast and usually free shipping is the best!READ FULL REVIEW
