Cons: This is a follow-up review for GIGABYTE VIP Support Team.
The "personalized service and analysis" is absolutely not personalized. They did not bother to read my review.
I said in my last review that Gigabyte BIOS update did not fix the problem. With DVI, the screen is just completely dark. When I contacted them, they asked me "Does the flickering issue occur in windows or during POST/ BIOS screen?" in addition to a list of other generic questions.
In my last review I also said I gave up since Gigabyte will not pay both way shipping for replacing the defective card. When I asked “GIGABYTE VIP Support Team” the same question. They answer is to read their RMA policy.
What a waste of time again.

Other Thoughts: This is a followup review regarding the card.
First, card bios update did not work for me. After update, it is not flickering because it does not display anything. It is completely dark after the initial startup screen. I cannot even see the windows login.
Second, Gigabyte's customer service sucks. In short, they will point the finger around just about everything. While they told me to try a different version the bios, they didn't give me any specific info like it would help fixing the flickering. They refused to wait on the phone while I was checking my video card bios version. I was asked to call them back.
I requested an Rma by email after the bios update didn't fix the problem. The experience was not easy. At the end I got an RMA number. But I have to pay one way shipping. Considering that I just bought the card a month ago and the defective rate for video cards (other brands) in general is very very low, I expect they should give a free shipping. For such a cheap card, shipping it back would cost me more than half what it costs. And I am not sure how long I can get a replacement back, especially given my bad experience with their customer service. So I decided to keep the bad card and use VGA port instead of DVI.
I had not bought a defective video card before. Video cards I bought always worked. This defective card costed me too much time. I will avoid Gigabyte from now.
If you have to buy a Gigabyte product, especially a video card, test it before 30days so you can RMA with Newegg. It is so much easier.
Cons: I wanted to use DVI not VGA.
Downloaded driver from amd website.
With monitors 1600x1200, there is random flickering.
With a monitor 2560x1440, it starts flickering after a few seconds and then the whole screen went black with quck randown flilering.
Tried to call Gigabyte customer services and tech support, no one answered during business time.
I did not try HDMI or at 1080p.
Other Thoughts: NewEgg, please publish my review quickly. This may be the only way get Gigabyte's attention.READ FULL REVIEW
