Pros: 15 3.5" drive bays (3x5 drive 'modules')
Accommodates standard PC ATX power supplies
Fits pretty much any size motherboard
Fans included for all fan mounting points
Great for enthusiast DIY or budget conscious SMB applications
Cons: Unless you're deploying this where noise doesn't matter, the fans are all wired with MOLEX connectors to run at full 12V and sound like a hive of angry bees.
With all 15 drives installed, airflow could be a problem if you tone down or remove any of the fans.
No provision for mounting 2.5" drives/SSDs (although you could easily get creative and find places for them)
The front three drive cages are a bit difficult to remove/replace
You're on your own as far as cable routing, again, get creative.
Other Thoughts: Great for an inexpensive storage chassis, I migrated my FreeNAS home server into it. I replaced the fans with Noctuas which made the noise levels bearable but with the drive bays fully populated, airflow is somewhat restricted for my tastes, but manageable.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Great capacity/performance for the money
Heat spreaders are well built and securely attached to the PCB
Heat spreaders look great but are still a sane size and shape
No compatibility issues with all the large Noctua CPU coolers (in my experience)
This the third set (2x8GB) I have purchased and have had no issues at all with any of them.
XMP profiles worked perfectly 'out of the box' with my AMD FX4350, FX8320 and FX8350 systems.
Other Thoughts: Depending on your system these may default to 1333 instead of 1866. THIS IS NORMAL. Just use the XMP profiles or set your timings manually in your EFI/BIOS and they'll run just fine at 1866 (or maybe even more...)READ FULL REVIEW

Pros: Intel server-grade hardware
Consistent, high-speed throughput
Works perfectly in Link Aggregation (LACP) setups in FreeBSD/FreeNAS (220.127.116.11 tested)
Cons: No boot-time firmware/BIOS access/reporting may be an issue for some (not for me).
Other Thoughts: The 'con' listed may not be a con for everyone. The card's features are accessible through management software apparently. Personally I would have liked to have seen at least a 'Hello, everything's fine' BIOS message at boot, but there's nothing. Perhaps that actually IS a feature you can turn on, but we're not running a Windows environment here and thus haven't bothered to try the management software.
For my needs, it's extremely fast and stable in a LACP LAG, and was plug-and-play with FreeBSD 9.x's bundled drivers.
I've yet to have any issue whatsoever with Intel NICs. You get what you pay for.
