Pros: the only real motherboard that is matx and s2011 lots of options and amazing build quality
Cons: had some issues with the last one that i had and asus customer service is the worst joke ive ever dealt with i called them a few times and they were unhelpful and possibly rude, if i wasn't forced to use asus on this build i would have switched to a different manufacture due to the fact that their warranty is useless becuase its almost impossible to get an RMA i ended up just purchasing a new one due to the old one not working right..
Other Thoughts: Overall a great board, but the customer service needs some work.READ FULL REVIEW

Cons: No Fancy/Flashy Heatspreader?
Other Thoughts: With the correct CPU this ram will run at rated speeds and work flawlessly, I am using this kit with a X10SDV-TLN4F-O with Xeon D-1540 and I couldn't ask for moreREAD FULL REVIEW
Pros: Fast, SOFAST. Crazy stable, Low power mine averages about 40-45watts from the wall with a few VM's running. Did I say fast? the way I have it setup this is really a crazy quick server capable of much more than I can put it thru with my few random VMs & fileserver duty.
Cons: Price (But its well worth it), The ga wd awful 50mm fan its so loud and so impossible to replace with anything better..
Other Thoughts: the other guy that said that ipmi requires licence is crazy this board requires nothing like that, ipmi just work as does everything else.
