Pros: Allows you to put your pc in a cooled, clean environment and still have control
Works pretty good for low res needs
Price is not real bad for how much we get out of them..
Cons: Power supply - When these things go out, we find that 75 to 80% of the time it is with the power supply. We do not even play anymore, we just buy a much larger supply so the load is not anywhere close to the top end.
We have 18 here at the site i work in alone and they are in use near 24/7.
Other Thoughts: If the device fails, grab a volt meter and measure for your 5 volts dc. If you don't have it, order a much larger one from somewhere and splice it into the existing plug. Always best to solder and heat shrink it.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Sturdy. You need to kill someone, just throw this case at them. VERY well built. No sharp edges that i found to slice you fingers like the cheap stamped and clamped cases. Installed fans were very quiet. Lower PS mounting makes for a cleaner look in my opinion and hooking headers and cabling drives can be easier and better routed when the mobo is higher. Plenty of bays and space for drives.
Cons: none really
Other Thoughts: There seemed to be some "fluff" items sent such as this "arm" that would have been installed to "latch" the graphics card(s) in place. Worthless, just take it out. People buying this case should be for the most part gamers with graphics cards WAY to big to even consider using it.
The side fan was VERY close to the graphics card on the bottom. (MSI GTX 680 2GD5/OC)
Pros: *Fast. I run a pair of these RAID0 and my beast of a PC boots like a champ even after loading it up something fierce.
*Drives are tiny. This is more a comparison to standard 3 1/2 than anything as all SSD's are much smaller but this was a major factor for me as i was trying to keep air moving for the monster video cards i put in.
*Stability. I have had the drives installed for quite some time ( 1 1/2 years) and never a flaw.
Cons: Maybe price at the time of purchase. That being said, you get what you pay for and i wanted some good gear.
Even with a raid set, 512GB formatted is not considered a lot of space to a heavy gamer.
