Pros: Solid connection, holds connection well. Remembers WAP.
Cons: Seems a tad sluggish, but not enough to be a concern.
Other Thoughts: Bought one of these w/in the last year to add wifi to a non-wifi TV. Didn't work well with that (TV's fault, not the adapter) so I brought it down to the basement for my workbench. Got it hooked up to a small switch, it pulls a nice connection, even if I'm working with three systems at a time, and hasn't given me any trouble. No complaints.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Mohu Bounce Wi-Fi Enhancer
Pros: It did what it said it was going to do.
Cons: Doesn't work on antenna-less WAP's.
Other Thoughts: Low expectations, much higher results. I run a slow DSL connection at home, streaming vid can be erratic. Saw this on a Newegg sale, decided to give it a try. Connectivity went from 2 - 3 bars to a regular 4+ bars. Connection is still a bit jerky but that's a bandwidth issue.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Simple setup. Good connectivity.
Cons: Base could be a bit heavier, cord could be a bit longer. But neither of these is a negative consideration.
Other Thoughts: I'm stuck in a sluggish 1.5meg DSL neighborhood, so my xFinity and Netflix stream was a bit jerky on my HTPC. My router is solid so I thought I'd throw a couple of bucks at this adapter to see if it would improve performance. And it did. I went from an average of 3.5 bars to 5 solid, and the jerkiness is almost gone.READ FULL REVIEW
