Most Favorable Review

very impressed

ZALMAN CNPS7000C-Cu 2 Ball CPU Cooler
ZALMAN CNPS7000C-Cu 2 Ball CPU Cooler

Pros: -Almost completely copper -Design allows for it to fit over components on motherboard -Straight forward installation on motherboard -Included paste easy to apply and seems to be working well -Cooled temps on C2D E6550 from 50-75c down to 30-45c.

Cons: Three pin connector (comes with proprietary fan speed control)

Overall Review: This is my first aftermarket cooler and I am very impressed with the result. I was concerned about the tight fit in my case and around the northbridge heat sink. It is larger than the stock LGA775 cooler but not enormous. The top of it "blossomed" up and over the northbridge with a bit of clearance to spare. Installing on the motherboard was easy with the included hardware. I am not using the included fan control, I have a fan splitter than includes a PWM connection that I am using instead.

Check your dimensions

Cooler Master Hyper TX3 - CPU Cooler with 3 Direct Contact Heatpipes
Cooler Master Hyper TX3 - CPU Cooler with 3 Direct Contact Heatpipes

Pros: Solid build, good design

Cons: Check your case dimensions carefully.

Overall Review: Much taller than stock coolers. Would not fit inside my atx desktop case. It appears a bit smaller in the picture than it actually was. Will probably use it in a tower.
