Pros: My chip is 24/7 stable with CnQ enabled at 4.5 Ghz with only a 0.01V bump in vcore and cpu LLC at 130% on my Sabertooth 990FX 2.0. Can't do 4.7 at the same settings but might be able to do 4.6, haven't tried yet.
Cons: Runs hot. I wouldn't recommend OCing unless you have a nice hsf.

This review is from: Audio Technica ATH-ANC9 QuietPoint Active Noise-Cancelling Headphones
Pros: -Great noise cancelling, audio quality, and bass
-Very nice build quality considering the all-plastic construction
-Comfortable! I have worn these non-stop on over a dozen 8-10 hour flights and never had any aches or strains. I also have a big head (7-1/2)

-Good battery life, maybe 20-24 hours on regular alkalines
Cons: -The included cords are kind of squirrely and have too much memory.
-The mic cord was $20 to replace from the factory after my cat ate it, but as a major plus the accessories include the non-mic cord as a spare so if you're on a trip there's a backup
-The power switch is loose so I have had to send them in for a warranty repair. Funcionality wasn't impacted but for a $200+ set of headphones it should be right.
Other Thoughts: The flimsy cord is the only conceivable setback of these headphones, in all other respects they are top notch. Get these and skip the BloseREAD FULL REVIEW
