Pros: Runs at 1866 (only when) using XMP Profile(s) in Bios...
but just marginally at 1.5v. Not bad performance for the voltage.
Other Thoughts: If just plugged into my mobo modules run at 1600Mhz with stock Bios settengs. When I changed Bios to XMP (Profile 1), timings changed to 1866 at 9-10-9-27 with Cmd Clk =2 at 1.5v, and my sticks are just barely stable. I am considering tweaking voltage up to ~1.52. XMP Profile 2 lowers Cmd Clk =1 and they will not post. Still happyREAD FULL REVIEW
This review is from: EVGA 430 W1 100-W1-0430-KR 80+ WHITE 430W Power Supply
Pros: Silent. Way quiter than a 500W Corsair I bought last month for another build. Value priced. Black Shielded cables. Has all the connections I need. Would Highly Recommend.
Other Thoughts: Oversized for my non-gaming needs, but the only decent 250-300W PSUs (like SeaSonic) cost double this one.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Small, Sexy mini-Atx, value priced. Cool DVD door, oversized On button, great Glossy black front bezed, great ventalation. If you like the way the pictures look, you won't be disapointed.
Cons: USB 2.0 on front bezel, also 80mm fans not the quietest, but they are not too bad when the case is buttoned up. Not bad for free/included, but I might replace them with slower 120's in a year or so.
Other Thoughts: Despite USB2, I bought it on looks alone and am very happy. Get the case WithOut the included PSU, as it is also a little noisy. Remove the front bezel to install DVD drive, and screw in DVD drive (removing tool-less clips on that bay). I also removed the steel drive bay tab just under the DVD bay to re-route some case wires, it gave me some extra length to my mobo.READ FULL REVIEW
