MEElectronics M6P Black Noise-Isolating Sports 3.5mm Sports Headset with Microphones (Bulk Packaging)
  • Verified Owner
  • Owned For: less than 1 day

4 out of 5 eggs Good value, but don't expect wonders 12/02/2011

This review is from: MEElectronics M6P Black Noise-Isolating Sports 3.5mm Sports Headset with Microphones (Bulk Packaging)

Pros: Great value
Headphone works on iphone 4s
Better than M9 for fitting (slightly harder to put on, but it's secure once I put it on)
Headphone plug works over the case (casecrown for iphone4)

Cons: Boomy and tinny at the same time (comparing to audio technica ath-m50)
Sound isn't that much better than (slightly) lower-priced M9
Take a bit of effort to put on

3 out of 5 eggs Good value, but don't expect wonders 12/02/2011

This review is from: MEElectronics M9 Hi-Fi 3.5mm Gold-Plated Connector Canal Sound-Isolating Earphone (Silver)

Pros: Good value
Comfortable
Plug fits over my iphone 4 case (case crown)
It's easier to put it on (but it comes out easier...see cons)
Sound is comparable to slightly more expensive M6
Sounds better than stock iphone earphones

Cons: You can hear the wire tap (e.g., not good for running)
Boomy and tinny at the same time (this is comparing to audio technica ath-m50)
Compared to M6, the earplug pops out easier
No mic for using it with iphone

SAMSUNG 22
  • Verified Owner
  • Owned For: 1 day to 1 week

Pros: -Price (reason why I bought it in the first place), got it for 159.99
-Good contrast, very bright
-Resolution seems to be just right for the screen size (16:10 ration helps with vertical)
-The monitor stand does rotate & swivel so you can make the monitor span vertical (useful for coding)

Cons: -The viewing angle is truly terrible. It's tolerable when the monitor is set up horizontal but when you rotate it, you can really notice the viewing angle issues since either the top or bottom of the screen start fading out.
-The stand is wobbly. I never thought that my desk was unstable; in fact that it's pretty solid. But when I type hard on the keyboard, the screen wobbles.

Other Thoughts: Decent value monitor if you can stand the wobbliness and poor viewing angle. My advice is if you have the money, get the better monitor like the Dell 23 inch IPS panel.
