SanDisk Ultra Plus SDSSDHP-256G-G25 2.5
  • Verified Owner
  • Owned For: 1 month to 1 year

Pros: 256GB for $100 works very well for me when it comes to SSD. As this was for replacing a laptop HDD, I do not need the highest speed drive. This drive does max out the SATA II interface but is far from exceeding my laptop's III interface.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Replaced a laptop WD Caviar Black. I keep the Caviar around for backup. Much quicker to boot this thing and immediate responsiveness when I login.

Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus - CPU Cooler with 4 Direct Contact Heatpipes
  • Verified Owner
  • Owned For: 1 month to 1 year

Pros: Excellent cooling ability. Low noise. Easy install so long as you replace the backplate with the one provided.

Cons: Cannot fit a side panel cooling fan where the tower is. I can close the case.

Other Thoughts: Replaced a stock AMD fan on an FX 6300. From jet engine to whisper background noise.

XFX R7-260X-ZNJ4 Core Edition Radeon R7 260X 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 CrossFireX Support Video Card
  • Verified Owner
  • Owned For: 1 month to 1 year

Pros: Does exactly what I need it to. I would estimate 50% better performance than my old Radeon 5670 CF setup without the stuttering issues. The card is compact and leaves my SATA ports uncovered.

Cons: Loud. When I game, there is a noise contest going on between game sounds and my card.

Other Thoughts: If you can handle the noise when gaming and need the performance offered by the 260x, this is the one!
