Pros: I just installed this a few days ago and so can't speak to the durability, but this memory so far works great. I got it to upgrade my mom's early 2008 iMac from 1GB to 4GB in order to run OS Mavericks. Installation couldn't have been easier, even for a pure PC user like me. The computer immediately recognized the new memory and runs significantly faster. Mavericks runs well on the 4GB, though Mom's not running any memory-intensive programs. As for some of the negative reviews here, I do highly recommend double-checking your iMac model (and make sure it's an iMac and not a laptop) to ensure that this memory will indeed work on your computer. This isn't one-size-fits-all-Macs memory.

Pros: Easy setup, seems to run quickly and smoothly, overall a very suitable computer for a young professional.
Cons: Sticky keyboard and jumpy touchpad. Luckily I prefer a wireless mouse, which solves half the problem. However, the keyboard seems a little stiff and the quote key only works if you press it twice, at which point I get two quote marks and have to delete one. This seems intentional, because if I press the " key once and type a letter, it creates an accented letter: ë, ö, ü, ä, etc. Still, it's kind of ridiculous, considering most people type quote marks (or apostrophes) way more often than accented letters (unless I got an international edition or something). The touchpad doesn't seem very smooth, and it always seems to interfere with typing, but I just turn it off and use a wireless mouse.
Other Thoughts: Overall, I'll keep this computer and enjoy it. It seems to run quickly and smoothly, has plenty of storage space for my needs, and is certainly an upgrade from my previous computer. However, there is room for improvement.READ FULL REVIEW
