-Most importantly, it works, works well.
-Hits between 70-90 MB/s on network transfers with FREENas and ZFS.
Running 2 of these in RAID 1 with Freenas. They have been on for 9 months straight, no issues. Will buy more in the future.

Pros: -Solid as usual.

This review is from: GIGABYTE GA-G41MT-S2PT LGA 775 Intel G41 + ICH7 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard
Pros: -Socket 775, allows the use of Core 2 Duos / Quads. Which still are great cpus.
-DDR3, Can stick cheap DDR3 Memory.
-Ultra Durable, solid caps...
-New, a lot better to go with a new motherboard than to search around for one on auction sites, that's used, and may fail sooner than one bought new with a warranty.
Cons: -Sata 2. Wish it had Sata 3 ports.
Other Thoughts: Use this motherboard for a cheap FreeNAS Build:
-Core 2 Duo 6400 2.13GHz
-Gskill Value Ram DDR3 2 x 4GB
-Western Digital RED 2 x 2TB in ZFS Mirror (Raid 1).
-Cooler Master Silent Pro M600
