Pros: Nice size and turbo is good.

Cons: Just a tad small if you have good sized hands. Also, the red LED shuts off and the controller dies randomly when I start using it. It randomly comes back on then goes off again. I tried it on multiple games and USB ports and even behind a good USB hub. It's too bad because I would have kept this controller. Now I have lost faith in this manufacturer. And I have to go through the pain of RMA.

Overall Review: Something is wrong with SteelSeries QA processes. They would have easily seen that this is a defective if they had tested it.
