Very practical
Pros: The fact that they can stack makes it wonderful for a render farm I am setting up, I could stack 3 of these at least with no issues at all. They are also very easy to remove all panels for easy access, and they go very well with other HAF products
Cons: I think they are way too deep, and there isn't really a reason why, I could EASILY add another tower rack of 4 of 5 HDD in the center of the case with no problems what so ever, making this case an amazing NAS server, but for that, you have to mod it yourself
Overall Review: Well, I would PAY for have a coolermaster little HDD rack to use in this case, pretty much like the one that has the R version of this case, and please finally ditch the optical drive bay
Dangerous
Pros: It looks really well built, it has a rubberized feel to it, and the possiblity to select which usb is powered on is amazing, and it looks really cool on my desktop, it works great charging my usb devices, and it was practila as hell to have it sitting on the monitor's base.
Cons: I started having start up issues with my p9x79 ws mobo, since I had some bad luck with mobos in the past, I thought I just had to RMA another one. Since I already knew the steps to try to figre out what's wrong with a mobo, I started unplugging everything from it, first I thought it was power related, so, I unplugged the power supply and to my surprise the mobo was still lit up (all the leds on it) that had me puzzled!! So, I discconeted this and to my surprise, the mobo shut down as it supposed to be. Plugged the power supply again and everything started up perfectly. This thing sends back power through the USB that's supposed to be used just for data, even when it's shut down, thankfully (hopefully) it didn't damaged my damaged it. BUT I have to say, it probably messed up my Nexus 3 battery or connector, since I had to take it back for service.
Overall Review: Now it just sits there collecting dust and charging the ocassional usb device, quite a shame since i was really really enjoying this product, Not worth the RMA IMO
New
Pros: Well, it looks like new, and I didn't knew that It also has a SD input slot, making the DVD part obsolete (for me) It does not run on batteries, it has an wall plug and a lighter plug for the car
Cons: None so far
OUTSTANDING!!! Get one ASAP
Pros: Absolutely beautifilly made, tons of plug connections, you can cancel the ones you don't use, cable management, around 3k joules protected, great layout, excellent
Cons: Nope, if you are thinking were's the catch, there's none, get one now
Overall Review: I have been using Belking products for a while, and this are one of the ver best I have used so far, and for the price, it's a steal, get one, you wont regret it
Quiet and move a lot of air
Pros: I've grown to like this huge monsters, they do move a lot of air, beacuse of the huge area they have, and they are absolutely quiet even maxed out
Cons: Other than the huge size, none.
It gets the job done
Pros: I loved how it used to look on the board, plus it kept my cpu cool enough, and I live in an area where reaching 35°c is pretty common. I also like how it lines up with the exhaust fan from the back of my case to take all that hot air out.
Cons: Its BIG, if your case (as one on mine's) had a fan on the side panel, you won't be able to fit this inside the case, OFC this depends on the case, but, regular ones will have a rough time. Its fagile, I accidentaly hit once or twice the fins while installing it, and they unwelded from the tubes Its dirty too, and I mean, you can blast some air to it and it will be clean again, BUT since you cannot reach the inside part of the fan, it will always be dirty down there, and will make the led dim out Finally, since its a sleeved fan, eventually the begin to make that rattle noise, and since you cannot replace just the fan, all the item must be thrown away
Overall Review: It is a good cooling solution, and at first I thought it look cool, but since I really dont care about that, and now that time has past by, I cannot get it clean enough. Don't get me wrong, it has served me well, but I would go with a more intelligent solution next time, something take apart without having to unistall it from the MOBO
