This review is from: ASUS X99-A LGA 2011-v3 Intel X99 8 x SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
Pros: This motherboard is the best motherboard you can currently get that supports DDR4 for the price-performance.
ASUS's patent pending design for CPU sockets allows you to overclock better than ever before. They're award winning designed bios are flawless on this board, it appears they've revamped them a bit for the DDR4 boards.
Clear error codes: This board has a 2 digit/number display built right on the board. No more listening for beeps, if you have an error, it will tell you right there so you can look it up in the motherboard manual.
OC Potentional: Just letting the board do it's own thing it OC'd my 5820k to 4.3GhZ. I have my ram OC'd at 2500 (from 2333).
Definitely one of the more attractive looking boards.
Cons: May or may not require a bios update if you are experiencing troubles with it detecting ALL of your memory. I bought 16GB originally and it was only picking up 8GB, after the bios update it seemed to fix it. I haven't found anything about it online, so it must not be a very common problem.READ FULL REVIEW
Cons: I originally bought a razer keyboard because I had the original Death Adder, which my brother is now using. Great mouse. However, this keyboard has been a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE. First of all... It doesn't come with a wrist rest or even an option from razer to buy a wrist rest. The way the keyboard sets makes your hand start to fall asleep. I bought a wrist rest, which helps, but it still happens me to occasionally.
Second... They keyboard likes to press random keys at different times. In which I have to unplug/replug the keyboard back into the USB.
Volume Controls are impractical. FN and volume keys are on totally different sides of the keyboard.
The overall design and improper functionality of the keyboard is just terrible. I will probably never buy another razer product again.
This review is from: SAMSUNG 1000W 5.1 CH Home Theater System with 3D Smart Blu-ray Player - HT-EM54
Pros: I had a Sony 5.1 system that broke and decided to try this Samsung system out on a Black Friday Deal. Wow! Just wow! My room is fairly small, so I do not need to turn it up at all. There are tons of apps you can get for it, control it with your smart phone, link up your computer. The most user friendly smart anything I have ever owned. Built in Wi-Fi, so there's no need to buy any adapter like most blu ray players. It's very fast to load apps like Netflix and Pandora. It has an FM radio with it as well along with it's own built in Internet Radio (aside from Pandora). For $150, I could not be happier.
Cons: Does not automatically pick up inputs when switching sources, but it's just a couple extra button presses. No biggie.
Samsung also shipped me 2 right surround speakers instead of a right front and right surround, not sure if that makes any difference, but it sounds great.
Other Thoughts: Should have gotten one earlier. My old sony system was $100 and last 4 months before the box broke and went into protect mode.READ FULL REVIEW
