Pros: Just an update ... fan is very quiet and is keeping CPU at around 41 degrees at normal load.
Cons: None yet. Time will tell.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: This Alpine fan is easier to install than the cheap-feeling push-down-and-twist-in-four-corners kind. Thermal paste pre-applied. After pushing down the two sides, you will hear a snap and the fan is secured.
Cons: Cant't provide thorough review since just installed today.
Wanted to note that this fan does not include a mounting bracket. Fortunately, the fan I was replacing already had a
mounting mechanism so was able to use that.
Other Thoughts: Seems pretty quiet. Will be able to tell more after I replace my noisy power supply.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: COOLER MASTER RR-LIE-L9E1-GP 95mm Rifle CPU Cooler
Pros: Fairly easy to install. Thermal paste good enough. Very quiet, especially when idling.
Cons: None so far.
Other Thoughts: I put this in a mini-tower chassis (Model: IN WIN IW-MTJADE.GLS300). Even though the Intel stock fan is recommended, this one is just low enough to fit (simply remove the extra piece of plastic on the adjustable cooling partition plate) and is quieter.READ FULL REVIEW
