This review is from: SAMSUNG 8x Internal Slim DVD Burner SATA Model SN-208FB/BEBE
Pros: Slim drive
Fits in small cases
Would probably work if I could use it
Cons: Sold with no screws
Smallest screw holes I've seen in my entire life
Have no screws to anchor this to my computer
Other Thoughts: It's completely unusable because I have no way to anchor it to my computer so it doesn't go flying into the case every time I need to use it.
It's really nice that I can spend over $720 on an order, but you won't even give me a couple screws. You saved, maybe, 0.05 cents on this order by screwing me over, Newegg. Nice job. I already know the response I'd get from Newegg, "it wasn't in the picture so you don't get it".
It wasn't even boxed when it was shipped to me.
Pros: It works... well enough
Cons: Audio drivers don't save settings. Every single time I turn on my computer I have to reconfigure the audio driver settings for my purposes.
Audio drivers from realtek's site won't let me change audio jack purposes, and drivers from the mobo disc won't save settings. Don't know where else to get drivers which might work properly.
I know Gigabyte audio drivers save settings, I should've stuck with them for motherboards instead of saving 5 or so dollars, would've been much worth the extra cash for the convenience of not having to fiddle with driver settings every single time I turn on my computer.
This review is from: GEAR HEAD Keyboard KB3700TP Black 84 Normal Keys USB Wired Slim Keyboard
Pros: Small, light, works with Win7 and in UEFI BIOS
Cons: Seems to enable numlock when computer first powers on,
The lights for numlock/caps/etc aren't very noticeable
Would've preferred for the number pad to be left out.
Not easy to use thumb to click (when leaning back and holding keyboard in lap)
Other Thoughts: We use it for a streaming encoder and it's nice to have one input device instead of having to travel with a keyboard and mouse.READ FULL REVIEW
