Pros: Has been working the first 3 months
Cons: Bought the product for the Black Friday sale last year (november). The TV was working as expected, good resolution etc until March.
In March, it suddenly stopped working. White smoke came out of the TV, logic board and wires burnt. After months of dealing with the most unhelpful Customer Service I've ever dealt with, they litteraly told me that my only option, was to wait for their warranty to be over, and wait for New Egg's one to take over.
For the short story, they asked me If I could do the repairs myself to change the differents parts of the TV, so it was a loop of asking for it, each part took 3 weeks to come in (they love not giving any news, you really have to dig for them).
Shipping the TV back to them would cost as much as getting a new TV.
Other Thoughts: I understand that the TV could be deffective, after googling the problem, I am not the only one having this issue. However, the customer service never sent any mail that is more than 6 words. No help whatsoever.READ FULL REVIEW
