Pros: Overall a good idea, especially for a small office or consultant. As a computer pro, I was testing this to recommend to several of my small business clients.
Cons: Spent an entire weekend trying to get this to work, and I'm a professional. The left part of the printer (labels) did not print, claimed it was out of paper. When returned to Office Max, they claimed that they had received 3 other returns that week with the same defect, were taking them off the shelf. Customer service at Dymo was so disinterested that they didn't even take my name and phone. I'm in the computer business and I'd never recommend their product if they can't stand behind it.
Other Thoughts: Almost all vendors have evening and weekend support. This company has nothing at all on the weekends (when most people get around to installing a new computer product) and not very late at night, either. That, combined with their complete disinterest when I called about the defect, puts them at the bottom of my list, even if the product is a good idea.READ FULL REVIEW
