Pros: plug and play

Cons: It just works for a short while, then Data light off and no more connection, no matter how you reset it. You have to leave it for a day or so, then plug-in and work another short while. I hope I can return it. I had very good experience with Rosewill products, so this time bought this without any hesitation. Unfortunately, it's so bad, totally unusable. I have another set of similar adapters and know how it supposed to work.
