Pros: Build this system to replace my old system that I built in 2008 when I just graduate high school. This new build which used this board as a foundation was solid. Great fast board with the M.2 SSD, and 16GB RAM and a ASUS GTX970 4 GB with a 3 monitor setup; however, since the day I bought it the time has been off. I never took much notice as I was busy playing with VM's and what not. Well, today I decided to review the issue, I started by doing a fresh install of Windows as I wanted to test how easy it was to reconfigure my VMs/Machine. The reformat process was easy and quick.
Cons: BIOS or whatever they call it now the time clock does not work, version 1.0 of the BIOS, so I flashed it after opening a case with ASRock. Once I did that the issue seemed to resolve itself after a CMOS reset; however, the issue came back within an hour. So, this board is functioning, but all my clocks are off on the entire system and within all of my VM's.
Other Thoughts: Working with ASRock to troubleshoot the issue and newegg to determine the process as the board is defective.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: none, broke in about 5 minutes
Cons: Terrible mount, clips sucked and it broke in about 5 minutes of use. I ended up using the vent mounts until I could get a new mount that was cheaper and way more sturdy.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Great drive, added to a box I built in 2008 and it has increased performance 4-5 times over my traditional hard drive (which make sense since the read/write are 4 times greater haha). I would recommend this drive if you can get it for 130ish.
Cons: None, works as expectedREAD FULL REVIEW
