This review is from: Black White For Otterbox Commuter Ipod Touch 4 Case
Pros: Protects my 4th gen ipod touch
Cons: Hard to swipe edge of screen (some jail break functionality with activator and moving icons)
Bar above charge port and 3.5mm slot breaks easily
No protection to apple logo on back side
Other Thoughts: Even without the bar, it works great
Owned for over a year, about time to replace it.
I placed the discarded piece of the screen protector behind the apple logo and now have 100% protection.
Pros: Worked right out of the box as soon as I installed it on an Acer aspire one 522-BZ897
3GB of ram total now.
Other Thoughts: 32 bit windows 7 only uses 3.25GB and then another 200mb is taken from the shared video. making the system use a total of 3gb which is more than enough.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Glass-like screen (glossy sounds bad)
Good battery life
1080p playback without hiccups
low-mid gaming (CS:S with no AA)
4gb DDR3 compatible
Cons: Bezel and shell are glossy, scratch-prone finger print magnets.
Insanely obnoxious beep when you insert or remove the power plug into the netbook.
Trackpad is terrible for me. It gets slower the closer you get to the edge, VERY FRUSRATING. Might be a driver/setting issue though.
Mouse buttons are too hard to press.
No tab to open the shell properly.
Power button is right where you hold it.
Worst of all:
The exhaust port is 80% on the bottom of the unit, 20% on the side. Yes, that's right. The exhaust exhausts onto the BOTTOM of the unit. Literally an eraser sized port is on the side of the unit. Haven't had any issues with heat though - yet.
Other Thoughts: Ordered the 4gb patriot ddr3 to go with it. It's still shipping.
Having trouble playing 720p youtube vids without lag.
Something about the codecs...
I've only had it for about 10 hours and the trackpad will be enough for me to take it back.
