EVGA 01G-P3-1370-RX GeForce GTX 460 (Fermi) 1GB 256-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card
  • Verified Owner
  • Owned For: less than 1 day

Pros: None

Cons: This just a disgrace by EVGA. This what they call recertified? The card lasted 2 minutes fan kicked in high speed I can only geuss for over heating and shut down end of card black screen. Anyone that would have just put this card in computer for 5 minutes would have know this is a defective gc not to be resold.

Other Thoughts: Oh, well trying the next manufacturer and went with more expensive card 560 just to make sure. To bad EVGA still need to buy 2 more gc because of BF3. If it's recertified you'd think you would make darn well sure these cards are not broke a second time so not to lose the 2nd person because you probably already lost the 1st customer that sent it back the 1st time. Doing stupid things in this economy by companies just makes no sense to me.

5 out of 5 eggs Solid card for price performance 12/04/2007

This review is from: XFX PVT73GUGF3 GeForce 7600GT 256MB 128-Bit GDDR3 PCI Express x16 SLI Support Video Card

Pros: Just changing the graphics card from a XFX 7300 GS to the 7600 GT and the numbers speak for themselves. I went from a 3DMark 06 of 703 to 3306 enough said.

Cons: My new cheap MOBO doesn't support SLI mode.

Other Thoughts: Upgraded the innards of my old P4 to a dual core 1.6 OC at this point to 2.1 along with this card takes me to a grand total of little over $300 with shipping thanks newegg.
