Intel 7260HMWDTX1 Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 PCIe plus Bluetooth 4.0 AC1200 Wireless adapters
  • Verified Owner
  • neweggOwned For: 1 day to 1 week

Pros: It's fast

Cons: Was kind of a bear to set up. See other thoughts.

Other Thoughts: Wow, you should have seen the way this thing shipped in. It was packaged in a bubble envelope and was crushed. The seal was also broken leading me to believe that this heap was sent back and then newegg resold it to me. This is really shoty service on neweggs part and this is actually strike three for them. There have been 2 other recent purchases that newegg has really fed up.

Also, most importantly, the Bluetooth is broken. I can't get it to work for nothing at all. It's really frustrating. I'm running Win 8.1 x64.

ASUS USB-AC53 Selectable Dual-Band Wireless-AC1200 Adapter IEEE 802.11ac, IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n USB 2.0 Up to 867/300Mbps Wireless Data Rates

  • neweggOwned For: 1 month to 1 year

Pros: It's fast

Cons: This thing is horrible. I have had nothing but trouble out of this garbage. The utility could be WAY better, and oh, guess what, if you don't like the utility you can't get the drivers by them selves. First you have to install the utility and then go to the program folder of the utility and copy the driver folder from there. I still get signal drops and sometimes I boot up and have limited connectivity. Don't buy this garbage, it's too much of a hassle. I'm running Win 8.1 pro x64.

Cooler Master Force 500 - Mid Tower Computer Case with USB 3.0 and Included 500W Power Supply
  • Verified Owner
  • neweggOwned For: 1 day to 1 week

Pros: Case has great air flow and the inside is painted black. Would make great for a NAS running FreeBSD.

Cons: Well, first off the PSU was DOA. Also, the PCI slots are break-aways; meaning, the plates that cover the PCI slots break off instead of unscrew. I have never seen this before.

Other Thoughts: Would not recommend. But what do you expect from such a moderatly inexpensive case
