XFX GeForce 8800 GT DirectX 10 PVT88PYHF4 512MB 256-Bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card
  • neweggOwned For: 1 month to 1 year

Pros: What can I say, I love almost everything about this card. I was just thinking how it could have been better with a component output, but then I remembered they include an adapter! Then I was thinking that they sould have gone with a DVI and a VGA port, then I remembered that they include 2(!) DVI-VGA adapters! Oh, yeah, and they also include a power adapter too!

Great job XFX! You thought of everything!

Cons: The fan is loud. Extremely loud.

Other Thoughts: Combine with a fan controller like a Ultra LED Fan Controller, and you're good to go.

Logitech G11 Gaming Keyboard

5 out of 5 eggs LED = Awesome 01/08/2009

This review is from: Logitech G11 Gaming Keyboard

Pros: Almost everything about this keyboard is awesome.

Cons: The backlight is so great that you may feel slightly annoyed when typing on other, non-awesome keyboards.

The back USB ports are USB 1, so your thumb drives will run unbelievably slow. If your looking for a keyboard with USB ports that you want to use, look away.

Other Thoughts: I just have to reiterate that the LED backlight is amazing. I've owned this keyboard for more then a year and it still makes a big difference in a dark room.

Thermaltake Black SECC Japanese steel LANBOX Lite VF6000BWS Micro ATX Media Center / HTPC Case
  • neweggOwned For: more than 1 year

Pros: It was easy as pie to install all my stuff, my 9" 8800GT fits fine, the flip-down optical drive doors are awesome, the stock cooling is silent, I combined with a "Thermaltake TMG A3 92mm Enter CPU Cooler" and it fit perfectly. The top drive flap is removable for custom installs (LCD panels and stuff), I threw in a Ultra Fan controller in the floppy hole and I'm happy as hell.

Cons: after a few months it gets kinda dirty inside, but so does every computer ever made. Nothing a quick cleaning cant fix!

Other Thoughts: Combine with neon wire and some CC tubes and you're the star at the lan party. Plus the included blue front fan looks sexy thu the black grill.
