Pros: I'm using this drive with my asus z97-pro motherboard as a storage/virtual machine drive and it's working perfectly. I'm seeing around 500mB/s when running speed test.

SeaSonic Platinum Series SS-400FL2 Active PFC F3 400W ATX12V Fanless 80 PLUS Platinum Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply New 4th Gen CPU Certified Haswell Ready

Pros: I'm using this power supply to power my home server which consist of a i7-860 processor with 8gB of ram, 4 4tb wd red drives for the main raid array and 2 4tb backup drives.

With all of these compoents I'm still averaging around 40-45 mB when I'm not stressing the system. This is down from around 55-60 with my older corsair bronze certified power supply!

5 out of 5 eggs Works great and is more sturdy than the trayless enclosures 11/12/2014

This review is from: ICY DOCK MB155SP-B FatCage MB155SP-B 5x3.5" in 3x5.25" Hot Swap SATA HDD Cage

Pros: I've got both one of these EZ-Tray enclosures and a trayless enclosure in my home server which is in a norco 450b case.

I use the EZ-Tray enclosure for the more permanent drives (the main raid array) and then use the trayless enclosure for the backup drives that get taken off site.

The Trayless enclosure is nice in that I can rotate through drives without having to swap the trays between them, but the EZ-Tray enclosure feels much more solid when you put the drives in.

If you do not need to be constantly swapping between drives I'd highly recommend the EZ-Tray enclosure over the Trayless.

I've got 4 wd red drives running in this enclosure and so far I've had no heat issues. All 4 drives usually run in the upper 30 degree celsius range in a 72-73 degree basement.

Cons: None
