MSI P35 NEO 2
Pros: This thing Rocks. After my Gigabyte 965P-s3 died i needed a new board. This was a great choice, it has all the overclocking options that the 300 dollar boards have. Running with a q6600 @3.0GHZ Stock voltage.
Cons: No 1394 but i dont use it and you can see in the specs it doesn't have it.
Overall Review: The LEDs on the bottom of the board are awesome as well. tour not lost in the dark when your board wont boot. If your looking for a good p35 board look no more!
HIt and miss?
Pros: Laptop looks nice and performs decent when it works... 160GB/wireless N / dvd burner.. all nice features..
Cons: Had nothing but issues with the wireless in this. Drops connection like crazy. one time its connected for 10 hours then the next time it doesnt even see your network. 3 days after having it it does nothing but bluesreen
Overall Review: hope RMA gives me a better chance at having a nice laptop like i paid for
Best Headset for the money
Pros: Best Headset that under 20 bucks can buy! This thing has some amazing sound quality. Great bass, and all around sound quality. Works great
Cons: I've been told that the mic is a tad low sounding, even tried boosting it.
Overall Review: Never tried this brand before, but i know now they rock! Thanks NewEgg
Kingwin Socket A cooler
Pros: Ordered this for a customer with an older system with a dying fan. I put this on the 850Mhz athon. I can't believe those things take 1.77V @850!
Cons: Only keeps it about the same temps as a stock fan even with A5. You would think that the all copper heatsink would make more of a difference. This thing does makes some noise but it does the job.
Overall Review: i would buy again.
2 gigs
Pros: Its 2 gigs of fast memory. Took my vista rating from 3.9 to 5.1. Easy to install, makes vista run like a dream on my notebook
Cons: none, Low cost, high performance
Overall Review: get this, its dual channel, lifetime waranty fast memory
Intel Q6600
Pros: Blows away game on the maket paired with 4gb ddr 800 5-5-5-15 and an XFX 8800 GTS XXX Edition. It only screams for more. Running at stock votage @ 3GHz. Look at the P35 Neo 2 from MSI it rocks with this CPU.
Cons: I got a B3 but it still rocks.
Overall Review: IF you want to go quad for a little cheaper. Look at the Xeon X3210. Its a 2.13. but im sure with a little OCing you can get it to around this or better. Wish i would have known about it.
