Pros: I use this on both servers and workstations, all Opteron. Never had it go bad, and for registered, it has good latency timings.
Cons: Not too far in the future DDR2 won't apply to Opterons...won't be able to use it on future upgrades for servers.READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Very fast, works well in SLI under both Windows XP 64 bit and Linux/Fedora Core 7/CentOS 5. Not as noisy as some of the 8800's, definitely less expensive. A pair in SLI are tolerable noise for a workstation, though it's tempting to switch to liquid cooling to reduce the noise (in SLI the twin fans are nearly the same frequency...this makes it seem worse than a single fan of the same noise level...individually one of these cards would not be so bad).
Cons: Large. Works without any problem though on roomier cases, I'd suggest this:

Other Thoughts: I'd buy this again, but I am going to investigate liquid cooling for noise reasons only.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Dynatron F558 77mm 2 Ball CPU Cooler
Pros: These don't require the retention brackets that normally go on the top side...the screw mounting is easy to use. They seem to be moderately quiet, though not silent. Descent cooling, but not an overclocker's cooler.
Cons: The heat sink compound they come with is so old that it solidified in the tube. They say they come with a thermal compound, but don't use it. Get something else, expect the tube in the box to be waste.
Other Thoughts: Light weight, standard heat pipe design. Rated for 3U or larger, makes a good workstation cooler.READ FULL REVIEW
