This review is from: Rosewill Xtreme Series RX850-S-B 850W Continuous @40°C ,80 PLUS Certified, ATX12V v2.2 & EPS12V v2.91, SLI Ready CrossFire Ready, Active PFC "Compatible with Core i7, i5" Power Supply
Pros: looks neat when its working.
Cons: When ever I try and run any game my comp powers off then restarts.
Other Thoughts: I wanted to upgrade my PC so I got this 850W to take over what my old 700W was doing perfectly and it cant. My airflow is good but this thing just doesnt like to work when run any games. If I stay on my desktop and dont do anything my comp doesnt restart.... First Rosewill purchase, I would like to give them a second chance with this but cable management with this 850 is troublesome. We will see. =(READ FULL REVIEW
Pros: Bright, sharp, 144hz display. Its a huge difference from my previous monitor. I really would like to try out its 3d features soon. I dont own the additional hardware but its nice to know this thing is ready.
Cons: color. I did have to adjust the color out of the box which is no big deal at all. I still think I need to tweak it just a bit more. I do wish there was a better manual for this monitor. I am not sure if its because its a refurb and maybe the OG one was not returned or whatever but I just got 1 large sheet of paper with tiny instructions in a bunch of different languages.
Other Thoughts: I really have enjoyed this monitor so for. I am even going back and replaying some of my games I had already went through just because it looks SO SMOOTH! Glad it came with all the parts/cables that are noted in the new unfurbed version.READ FULL REVIEW
This review is from: Watch Dogs PC Game
Pros: The game really looks beautiful on ultra settings*. The campaign is pretty fun. Ubisoft is working on a patch to optimize the game*.
Cons: Technical: As i mentioned the game looks great with graphic settings cranked, but play is hardly enjoyable. There is hardly a difference is lag/stutter when I drop the settings to medium. I didnt purchase a GTX770 4GB VRAM to play on medium. Ubisoft has not released an ETA for the patch, just that theyre working on one.
In Game: The replay value is pretty low.
Once the campaign is done and some side quests, there is no gang turf or anything exciting happening around this huge city. If you want to get in some trouble/have fun you will have to kill civilians to get a wanted level. I spent the whole game trying to avoid killing citizens to become a vigilante and now if I want a gun fight, I have to destroy my rating to have any kind of action. There is literally nothing to do except steal from bank accounts and stop random 1 person crimes after the campaign and short side missions. Didnt get attached to any characters.
Other Thoughts: I was really hoping to like this game. It not being truly optimized for steady frame rate/playability didnt really hurt the game too much for me. Its that now that I have all these pretty cool weapons unlocked and I am a vigilante, I have no one AT ALL to use them on.READ FULL REVIEW
