Holds the monitors

SIIG CE-MT1712-S1 Dual Monitor Desk Stand - 13" to 24"
SIIG CE-MT1712-S1 Dual Monitor Desk Stand - 13" to 24"

Pros: Simple to put together. Able to adjust the arm height.

Cons: Cannot adjust each monitor height separately.

Overall Review: Both monitors are connected to one arm, which you can adjust the arms height, but can do only a minor adjust for each monitor. Using two monitors from two different manufacturers posed quite a problem. One brand has the VESA mount in the center and the other manufacturer has the VESA mount towards the top. Yes, one monitor sits 4 inches lower than the other. Check your VESA mounting locations before purchasing this mount.

It works

AOC E970SWN 18.5" HD 1366x768 Monitor, 5ms response time, 20M:1 dynamic contrast ratio, VGA, VESA compatible, EPEAT Silver, EnergyStar
AOC E970SWN 18.5" HD 1366x768 Monitor, 5ms response time, 20M:1 dynamic contrast ratio, VGA, VESA compatible, EPEAT Silver, EnergyStar

Pros: It displays pretty pictures

Cons: Can't turn it off. One button for power and menu/settings. Every time I try to turn it off, it pops up the menu. IT seems that there is no way to turn it off once it has been turned on, other than pull the power plug.

Overall Review: Too bad AOC was to cheap to install a second button for the menu/settings separate from the power button.

100% garbage

ViewSonic SC-A25X Digital Signage Media Player - 1.2GHz Dual Core/4GB/Android 4.0
ViewSonic SC-A25X Digital Signage Media Player - 1.2GHz Dual Core/4GB/Android 4.0

Pros: Some how this box intensifies the colors in the pictures and makes them vibrant.

Cons: Worse piece of garbage I've ever tried to use. The 1/2 page manual that comes with it is useless. Throw it away and contact the software manufacturer for an almost complete manual of 10 pages. Now the fun begins. The software engineer I was working with said that the Android based models and are quite finicky. AND yes they are. No matter what I tried, I could not get the "text" widget to work properly. It would crash the player after 30 seconds. The "clock" widget works only with an analog clock. When trying to use the digital clock, it would crash the play instantly. The "Calendar" widget works without a problem. The "weather" widget only displays question marks for the weather info. Of course, the engineer said it all works in the shop/lab. He also suggested using a different location and see if the weather worked. NOPE. Didn't work, even after running over night. Besides, why would I want to see weather from a location I'm not at? Of course, it is the old adage: "You get what you pay for".

Overall Review: Haven't tried it yet, but I'm sure this thing would make a great clay pigeon replacement. It is a shame that NewEgg doesn't allow negative eggs for a rating.

Good idea, horrible execution

DIYPC Solo-T1-R Black USB 3.0 ATX Mid Tower Gaming Computer Case with 2 x Red Fans (1 x 120mm LED Fan x Front, 1 x120mm Fan x Rear) Pre-installed
DIYPC Solo-T1-R Black USB 3.0 ATX Mid Tower Gaming Computer Case with 2 x Red Fans (1 x 120mm LED Fan x Front, 1 x120mm Fan x Rear) Pre-installed

Pros: Case looks nice Comes with 2 installed fans Still has 5.25 drive drives Will hold an ATX boards 2 SSD mounts Inexpensive

Cons: Flimsy thin sheet metal. When installing an ATX board, you will loose the bottom row of SATA ports due to a lip blocking the ports. When installing the SSD's, you can only use the end connector of the power cable. Trying to use a middle connector will not work as the drives are mounted flush and the middle connectors have wires on both sides of the connector. Quite a disappointment since I am using only 2 SSD's and have to run two power cords instead of just one. Pre-installed back fan blocks ATX board from easy installation. Front USB is 2 USB 2.0 and 1 USB 3.0. Backwards. Should be 2 USB 3.0 and 1 USB 2.0. BUT, there is enough room that they could have put 2 of each. Why they didn't is beyond me.

Overall Review: More and more case manufacturers are not putting in 5.25 drive "cages". This in my opinion is stupid. What better place to install a 5-10 port USB 3.0 hub. 5.25 slots are also great for fan controllers and temperature monitors. If installing an ATX board, step one, remove the back fan. There is only 1/8-1/4 inch wiggle room to get the board in and the fan is in the way. If you can find some stand-offs like used for the motherboard and use them on the SSD's, you can then use the middle power connectors on the power cables. It's either that or buy the 3.5 inch adapters and mount them in the 3.5 inch cage. AND, it's not like you'll run out of spaces to mount your drives because you can only use the top row of SATA ports any way. At most, you can use only 5 drives.

It's a FAX/Modem/Data switch

Pros: It works. It actually worked out of the box. True plug and play.

Cons: No mounting hardware or holes. Knocked an egg off because we have to glue this to the wall next to our PBX system since it has no form of mounting.

Overall Review: If it is going to sit on a desk or table, it's great. But, if you need to mount it somewhere, tough luck.

Don't believe the hype

Dell E310DW (70X0H) Up to 27 ppm 2400 x 600 dpi USB/Ethernet/Wireless Monochrome Laser Printer
Dell E310DW (70X0H) Up to 27 ppm 2400 x 600 dpi USB/Ethernet/Wireless Monochrome Laser Printer

Pros: It prints. It connects wired. It has Air print. It connects wirelessly.

Cons: You can only connect wired or wirelessly. If you connect wired, it disables wireless. If you turn on wireless, it disables wired. Deep in the dark depths, it has a setting for using "auto" where it states it will use both. If connected by wire, after it prints it will connect by wireless and vis-versa. IT DON'T WORK! you are stuck using either wired or wireless. Can't use both.

Overall Review: Comes with a quick setup guide. You have to take the hour tour of the Dell site to finally find the User's Guide. And this still doesn't help. Not one document that came with this printer lists the model number of the toner cartridge. Half the office stores don't stock it and the other half don't have it in stock, so you're stuck paying Dell's extra-super high price.
